Dear Xxxx,

We are a software design company working for a game development organization that wants to better understand your Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) experience from the perspective of people like you.

You have been prequalified because you indicated that you would be interested in a follow up survey conducted by ArenaNet on September 2008. By completing the survey, you will not only help make the ArenaNet community better, but you will also have the opportunity to receive a Guild Wars 2 Concept Art Book initially distributed during PAX 2009. Respondents who agree to a follow up interview after the survey will receive the book. If you are selected, we will inform you via e-mail within 24-48 hours of completing the survey with an invitation including time and dates.

This survey should take about 30 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. Please respond as soon as possible ??? this survey is open for a limited time.

1. Copy the link below to take the survey:

IMPORTANT: Because fraudulent ("phishing") e-mail often uses misleading links, Artefact recommends that you do not click links in e-mail, but instead copy and paste them into your browser.

2. Open your web browser, paste the link in the address bar, and then press ENTER.

IMPORTANT: You will be asked to use online software which may not be supported by all browsers. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, AOL, Safari, or Google Chrome. If required, download one of the browsers supported for your system and install it following the manufacturer's prompts.

3. Follow the instructions on the web page that opens.

All the information you provide is strictly confidential and will be analyzed in aggregate with all other responses. It will be used for market research purposes only.

Thanks in advance for your time and effort. We value your opinions!

Sincerely,
The Artefact Research Team (ART) at Artefact
